Tyler Hamilton Training™ is the smart choice for cyclists looking for a personal cycling coach. My programs will provide you with the tools you need to succeed at your next race, cycling event or to simply get in shape. Our office is located in the cycling capital of the United States, Boulder CO. However, we have clientele all over the world. How is this possible? Our programs cater to your every need, even if we're 3,000 miles away.

All levels are welcome, whether you’re a recreational rider, a weekend warrior or a professional racer. 

I encourage males and females of all ages and abilities to utilize my training. My programs contain subtle nuances most programs lack; especially so when it comes to the critical coach/client relationship. 


My THT™ programs offer every client the opportunity to work not only with me but also with Head Coach, Jim Capra in achieving each personal milestone. 

I specialize in road cycling, cyclocross, mountain biking and triathlon training. Through flexible and affordable coaching packages, I promise to address your specific goals. 

My career has proven to be the perfect preparation for me to provide the motivation you will need to work hard within your structured program. This training is birthed from the peloton and molded into what fits your needs. This potent cocktail of structured, managed training, psychological motivation and hard work has delivered results to my clients; and it will work for you too! As an Olympic Champion, US Professional Road Champion, former team leader of several professional squads, and Tour de France stage winner, I have first-hand knowledge of what it takes to perform, both mentally and physiologically. 

I use the same proven training techniques used in the professional peloton, whether it is a time-honored workout, or the newest cutting edge approach, it’s in my arsenal. Tailored to your fitness level and experience, these winning techniques will turn your goal setting exercises into reality! 

Whether you’re a beginning cyclist enjoying your first 25 mile ride or your objective is to become a Tour de France contender; I offer customized programs to meet your riding needs.
